First of all I would like to convey my heartful thanks to all the members and participants who made this 3rd Anniversary celebrations a grand success. Year by year we are growing and our activities also increased and lending our hands to the many needy people. We provided more financial & Timely support to the students when compared to the previous year with the help of all Donors and contributors who are extending their indirect and direct support to AMMA.
Truly saying, without your support we can’t serve the needy and you are backbone of AMMA. We hope that you will extend your support in the future also.

Coming to the Anniversary, we are most happy for grand success of this event and around 160 members were attended this time and this is a huge number when compared to with previous years. Our special thanks to the Mr. Prabhakar sir, Dr. Suman jain and Mr. Rama Krishna for their excellent speeches and those were very useful awareness sessions. Our special thanks to the Bala Rakshak Foundation children for their efforts and which creates entertainment as well as inspiration in the participants.
Our Active members were successfully completed their tasks in making arrangements and made this event a grand success and our sincere thanks to all the active members.

Time permitted me to write this email, if you ask me if i was so busy........ Coming to the main topic.....AMMA's Anniversary, The group celebrated it's 3rdy year and stepping to it's4thyear of journey. First of all on behalf of ITMD i would like to wish them Congratulations and All the best.
In my life I believe certain rules. The first one and foremost is " Yada Raja, Thada Praja"( Saying in Telugu - People follows with Raja). A group/country/society/institution/Company/Shop (Let's refer all of them as a group in our further discussion) will make the success depending on the owner or leader. If the people who lead or run the group have good ethical/leadership/values/technical skills the group need not turn back. Right now I can see the same in the BOSF group. That is even the main secret of our BOSF coordinator (Prashanthi). Coming to the groups within BOSF many of them are leading their groups on the similar grounds. One of them is our successful group AMMA. It is being driven under the strong leadership and cautious guidance of the AMMA “Sreenivas Prasadrao ". It is not easy to bring a group of people tough they are like minded, but Srinivas has made with AMMA. It was my pleasure on behalf of ITMD to be one among the chief speakers on their 3rd Anniversary (I would like to prefer the term speaker than a chief guest).
Generally there is small concern while running groups like NGO’s. Out of 10 only 3-6 will be active, but that is not applicable to AMMA to my feeling after having the interaction with the AMMA volunteers. The first Credit goes to Sreenivas which follows by their team members. The best person I have a example throughout my life is N.R.Naryana Murthy(The main founder of Infosys). He drove his team for 30 years. In the lower level function (management) of Infosys I can see his ideas/ethics/values. Murthy, should be happy that he also got good foundation team helping to achieve his dream. I wish the same with AMMA.
Apart from driving the group, Sreenivas created more leaders within the organization. That is one of the mantra for successful running of the group. I wish all the best to the people who are driving the sub tracks within the group.
Another rule or principle I believe is “INFORMATION IS WEALTH”. Whenever I go to shopping if there is a pamphlet or some brochure I try to pick it up in the feeling if I don’t read I might miss some important information.( There is nothing I am going to lose if I read it and there is no information useful for me). Excellent capturing of the information by AMMA group which resulted the INFORMATIVE Anniversary booklet of AMMA.
Coming to arrangements of the Anniversary function, the event has taken the take off excellently and in the journey I did not feel bored at all. Full of entertainment, information, knowing different people. Coming to the end, the landing was given smoothly that we did not feel the time of journey ( ).
Once again on behalf of ITMD, and myself I wish AMMA all the best.

It has been a wonderful 4 hour journey that inspired every one.
We have utilized the stage 100% to inspire.

Hi All,
First of all congrats to all of you who had made the function a grand success..
Though i could not make it up to stay until the end of the program,i would like to share the views until attended.
Eco Friendly Living session was too good,i have understood that by doing simple things we can save the environment,
the only thing we need to have that zeal to do that.
I was aware about Thalassemia,but it was more clear after the session.
I was not aware of RTI before so i got some information on that,i will try to share this with the people near by.
The thing which i liked the most was the thought of bringing the kids and making them perform on the occupation.
I was very much moved by the video about the BRF,it was awesome.
The dance and the songs which were selected by the kids are too good,which i can’t express.
Over all the session was Awesome & very informative.
Thanks to all those who had made this happen. :)

I feel ver proud to be a part of such a group of dedicated and commited volunteers. One of the best group i am associated with.
Firstly i thank all the members of AMMA for their support in this event.
The4 hours program that inspired all the volunteers and the other people who attended the annivarsary.
I have liked the following points in the event, firstly the 2 songs by the children of Vivaha vikalangula vedika(Visually challanged kids).
Speeches given by the guests about ECO Friendly Living, Thalassemia, RTI. Dance program (BRF Children) followed by a short film about child labour.
Speeches by ASWA volunteers by various projects that they have taken up. Experiences shared by various volunteers of the group about their relation with ASWA group.

Dear All,
3rd Anniversary Celebration is an awesome event. Blind children song was good. Especially the Vinayaka song, I enjoyed.
RTI and Thalassemia information is very much useful for us.
BRF Children dance is good & their Short film is brilliant. I had a good time with the BRF children in the end.
speeches given by all amma volunteers was good.
This success is with the co-operation of all volunteers of AMMA and their great respect towards AMMA.
I was thinking why not we should have this function once in a month. This is my feeling.

Hi All,
3rd anniversary celebrations of AMMA went really good.. I enjoyed and was happy to be a part of it. All our members are very friendly and during the arrangement, i felt like a family function :).
Songs by the visually challenged girls, Programs by BRF children are very nice.
Sessions about environment, Thalassemia , RTI are very useful and informative.
Updates about the projects taken by AMMA were explained clearly and its very nice to see that we are handling so many projects successfully. Hope we get more success :) .
